We strive to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere at the salon. As a courtesy to the other guests, and due to safety & spacial concerns, children are not permitted in the salon.
CHILD POLICY
Evnia Hair Studio will make every attempt to help you achieve your desired color. Color services may have very different results on different types/colors of hair. Evnia Hair Studio and its employees cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects or less than desired color results. Clients will be charged for services rendered and services are non-refundable.
COLOR SERVICES AGREEMENT
All new clients will be required to have a credit card on file in order to book an appointment.
NEW CLIENTS
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arrivals later than 10 minutes are subject to cancellation. Clients who miss their appointment completely without prior notice are subject to a full charge of their booked services.
LATE ARRIVALS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Please understand that appointment times are reserved for you personally. When they are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. These cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked services (including COVID-related cancellations).
